Tasting Comments:  Slightly hazy, light amber color with a short white head. Light aroma, with floral hops and bready, doughy malt along with some sweet and fruity overtones. Toasted, bready and slightly grainy malt makes the base for the taste, with sweetness like brown sugar notes coming along.  Moderate bitterness from earthy, European hop varieties grabs the back of the tongue on the finish.

Notes:  I don't know about "Italian-style", because it's hard to know what style Italians have for beer. It's not exactly the national drink. But this is a decent pale ale. There's nothing remarkably good or bad about it, but it's pleasantly crisp and bitter.
